The Jule Collins Smith Museum of Fine Art is pleased to present this compelling body of work by Rafal Olbinski, New Dreams of Old Values, hosted amid a yearlong celebration of the museum’s fifth anniversary. A fitting echo to the museum’s reflections on its past and contemplative gaze toward the future, in these works Olbinski mines historical precedent, visual and otherwise, to comment on present-day circumstances and needs.
